Welcome to the Simons Valley School Council
and Hot Lunch Website
This website is meant to facilitate the ordering and management of school hot lunch orders for students of Simons Valley School. If you are not registering for hot lunch, please still create an account as this website will also be used as our Parent Fundraising Association website to communicate events, meetings and fundraising opportunities with the families of our students.
Here’s how to get started:
Go to https://simonsvalleyelementary.hotlunches.net
Click on the “Click here to Register” link (in the grey box to the right of your screen)
Enter in the Access Code: SVHL
Complete the rest of the registration form (including your preferred email address for email notifications from the School Council)
Click the “Register Now” button at the bottom of the screen.
You will be taken to the Home screen; at the bottom of the screen select the "Students" button to add your child to your profile.
Fill in your child's first name, last name and select the correct Teachers/Grade; then select the "Insert" button.
You will be taken to your Student Administration screen; if you have more than one child attending SVS, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and select the "Add New" button to add additional children to your profile.
Once your child(ren) are registered in your Hot Lunches profile, you are ready to place orders and pay for them in the system!
We would like tothank you for supporting the Hot Lunch fundraiser for our school. The lunch program is one of the many fundraisers organized by your School Council. Funds from this program go to technology investments for our school and classrooms; unique programs for the Physical Education department; instruments and programs for the Music Department and much more….your children thank you!
